How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data through any of the following methods:

Please include your full name and the email address associated with your interactions with Bravosight so we can locate your data in our systems.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will remove the following data from our systems:

Personal contact information (name, email, phone number, address)
Quote request history and related communications
Account information, if applicable
Marketing preferences and newsletter subscriptions
Website usage data linked to your identity
Any data received from third-party platforms (including TikTok and Pinterest) associated with your identity
Cookie data and tracking identifiers

Data We May Need to Retain

Certain data may be retained as required by law or legitimate business needs, including:

Transaction records required for tax and accounting compliance (up to 7 years)
Records necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be linked back to you

Deletion Timeline

We process all data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a verified request. Here is what to expect:

We acknowledge your request within 2 business days

Identity Verification

We verify your identity to protect against unauthorized requests (3-5 days)

Data Removal

Your data is removed from all active systems and databases

Confirmation

You receive confirmation that deletion is complete (within 30 days)

Third-Party Platform Data

If you have interacted with Bravosight through third-party platforms such as TikTok or Pinterest, please note:

We will delete any data we received from these platforms about you
To delete data held directly by TikTok or Pinterest, you will need to submit separate requests through those platforms
We will notify our advertising partners of your deletion request where applicable
